I'm not currently familiar withthe lates release of ORFilter, but I consider using it. ButI will have the same problem as you describe, unless there's a solution. So I ask you this. Did you try adding your own server to the whitelist?

I am also having this problem.  I just deployed a new server running EX2007.  Any users that I have moved to the new server are getting tons of bounced emails.  After watching with a packet sniffer I was able to locate the problem.  ORFilter is putting a signature in the headers and ends the line with a single line feed.

Here is the line with none printable characters escaped as hex:
X-ORFilter:[20]mail[20]checked[20]by[20]ORFilter[20]Service[20]5.0.2.38529[20]-[20]www.martijnjongen.com/orfilter[0A]

Note the single 0A (Linefeed) on the end.

There must be a fix for this problem.

BTW, I tried adding our own server to the whitelist but ORFilter still adds it's sig to the headers.
