How to use <handling> ?

 <handling>
    <changesubject low="0" sendrejection="false">[Spam] </changesubject>
    <tospambox low="15" sendrejection="false">test@test.com</tospambox>
    <deletemail low="100" sendrejection="false">BadMail</deletemail>
  </handling>

 

I want to let exchange receive all spam mails but move to badmail folders.
but is it right?  where can I find these spam mail ?
