Error connecting to pipe \\.\pipe\Connect . Internal error: 2

I am new to ORFilter, but I don't think I'm alone with this problem.

I've not configured anything other than add 127.0.0.1 relay on exchange.

When I start the ORFilter service I get this error "Error connecting to pipe \\.\pipe\Connect . Internal error: 2"

In the windows event log and it looks.

and In the ORFilter event log I get entries such as

30/04/2009 30/04/2009 13:13:46 208.78.69.71,carwyn%40hotmail.com+SIZE%3d2376,,0,,,--%3e-1+points+for+DNS+relays.ordb.org+applied+to++

I've looked at the xml config file and I don't really know what I'm looking for.

Help please.
