not able to send emails after installing ORFILTER
 (N/A)

Greetings to all.

i installed the OR Filter on saturday  i just installed  and leave didnt set up or  touch the config file  when i came back on monday  nobody was able to send emails   and they where receiving a message like this.

550-5.7.1 the ip you are using to send mail is not authorized

after that i try to unistall the  ORFILTER

and still even it was unistall the message still was there.

i dont use connection filtering on my SMTP server  by the way i am using Exchange server 2003

finally i am trying to reinstall the ORFilter and test  with the program installed again and still the same .

i have try to stop the server  to check if i can bypass the ORFILTER and the same.

at this point i am trying with the config. utility to customize the rules but if that doesnt work i woudl have no more ideas to try any help here?

how can i  unistall the program and be sure is not running?

thanks for the support good day
