How does this install? Download no file extension.

Hi all,

I'm relatively new to client-server and I have SBS 2003 running exchange 2003 standard. I downloaded the file "ORFilter 5.0.2 Beta". All the download links point to the same file. The file has no file extension.

So how do I install this? Also, once installed - how to uninstall it?
