Hello experts,

Few days ago I installed ORFILTER ORFilter 5 manual (not sure what is the differenece with ORFIlter 5.0.2 Beta as they seem identical). Anyway, I installed it and found out thet I need to delete SMTP application filter rules on ISA server, which were removing spam and other emails before they reached ORFILTER. After that it ran smoothly for about 1 day. After that, ORFILTER service was unable to start and SMTP service was hanging and didn't receive emails. I tried to repair ORFILTR, but with no success (service is already registered or something like that). I couldn't delete the service manualy either (instsrv remove). So I uninstalled ORFILTER, deleted the directory c:\program files\orfilter, temp folders, and registry entries (except HKEY_LOCAL_MACHINE\SYSTEM\ControlSet001\Enum\Root\LEGACY_ORFILTER - Cannot delete LEGACY_ORFILTER:  Error while deleting key.). I'd like to reinstall the ORFILTER now, but I get an error message "There is an invalid character in the given encoding. line 175, position 40." I several times restored metabase file, which seemed to be corrupted. Don't know what it is. Anyone has already encountered this error? Any help would be greatly appreciated.
