Thought I would be the first to put this back on the Forum. Pipe connect too busy seems to persist in out Application Logs on Exchange 2003. This has been going on since we installed ORFilter. ORFilter still seems to work.

Does the Size of the Blacklist effect ORFilter? We have been activly gathering a database of Domains and specific emails to block and adding them to the Black List. This list has become quite large. Recently we removed half the list by eliminating all the specific addresses from the black list and noticed a 50% Reduction in Processor usage on the Exchange Server.

SOLUTION FOR Internal Error :231 email support@itcs.ws for patch till the time Martjin makes it available on this site.

I had same issue till last month. Fortunately, I was able to pick up a patch posted by Martijn on his old website. In this patch number of pipes are increased. It does not take away the errors completely but will reduce them greatly. I use to get 100s of them now I get about ten in say 12 hour duration. It all will depend on your email traffic and when you get targetted for spam delivery.

In the mail header, please check the version number. I use to have X-ORFilter: mail checked by ORFilter Service 5.0.2.38529. After installation of same you will get the following version:

X-ORFilter: mail checked by ORFilter Service 5.0.2.42433
